Falesha is one of the kindest, most conscientious team members I have ever had the privilege to work with. Over about a decade of partnering with her on many training and implementation initiatives for the National Center for Child Traumatic Stress (NCCTS), a grant program within the Department of Psychiatry, Falesha has always been a team player who will bring positivity and creativity to every challenge, while also offering to help others within our organization. Additionally, she demonstrates compassion for the NCCTS mission – to raise the standard of care and improve access to services for traumatized children, their families and communities throughout the US – through continuously expanding her knowledge about diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and up-to-date techniques to support workforce readiness and self-care for the agency the NCCTS serves. Bravo, Falesha. A pleasure to work with you!
