Ella has been an amazing support system and co-worker as we work together to ensure that the leadership team (VP, ACNO, CODs, ADs and CNSs) for Ambulatory Care are able to concentrate on the urgent and important things that arise with our CSU while ensuring that all other requests and items needed are in place. She’s very kindhearted and caring and always has a smile on her face. Ella also assists with the Award presentations for DAISY Award.
