A big thank you to Cody West for coming in that night for extra shift. I don’t know how it would have ended up without him being there that night. Add to that his CRRT expertise and I am always amazed how fast he gets stuff done. He makes everything so much easier (and faster) but safely for the patient.
He also did help with night shift work and charge nurse stuff and he stayed beyond the hours he signed up for to make sure everything was ready for the morning shift. That is commitment and dedication and love for his team.
