Today, a patient came into office and her blood sugar was low. Nikki went to the vending machine to retrieve something sweet for the patient because our office was NOT equipped with the correct tools at that time. The patient was very thankful for the candy she received from Nikki on today and left feeling better. I admire her efforts for making sure the patient felt her best before she left out of the office.
