Carmen Toro, a Maestro Care Concierge with DHTS and Joy Larney (her tech lead), went above and beyond to help us when a former clinician team member deleted over 100 of our team’s Smart phrases when he was cleaning up his Smart Phrases. Carmen was engaged from the start, restored much of out data within days, and stayed involved for 2 weeks until the issue was resolved fully. Outstanding!
