During a mock surveyor arrival process that occurred at Duke Raleigh on 10/30/25, the Accreditation Program Manager emailed us to make sure we have a kudos to our Tech Lead and Trainer Beverly Walker. He let us know that during the process, one of the staff had called and spoken with Beverly and she “immediately knew what to do and located the correct script” These mock processes are done without prior notice in order to test the surveyor process and Beverly knew exactly what to do.
