Angel has been helping to fix our staff’s EHR record, so they can have patients added to their schedule. The need for this fix was realized after we implemented our Dorothy and Comfort EHR. In addition to being willing to complete our second Service Now tickets for multiple staff members who needed access quickly, she also initiated a ticket on her own, to research how to put a more permanent solution in place.
