I want to take the time to recognize somebody very special that carries the spirit of our laboratories on her back daily… Since the early days of my time here at Duke, I have watched Amanda handle any and all work challenges that come her way with an abundance of grace. More importantly, she carries her fellow laboratorians on her back like family and makes our house a home. Whether it is walking into a lab, or the hallways of the main hospital, Amanda has truly made a name for herself – and it is known everywhere she goes!
