I will like to give a big thank you to Albert Cook in Imaging Library. Albert goes above and beyond to help me get imaging uploaded into the eUnity system when I call with a STAT order. I called Albert on 2/7/2023 with 10+ cancer patients’ names and medical records numbers that I needed her to push as a STAT because the patients had appointments the next day. Albert jumped on them and got them into the system before the patient’s appointments. I appreciate her help and the funny humor every time I call. Albert always answers the phone with a pleasant tone. She is always willing to help in the heat of the moment.
