Sharon is a huge asset to the myeloma clinic. Each and every day, she goes above and beyond to ensure that all patients understand their myeloma treatment and get the care that they need (especially if urgent). She will do everything she can to ensure that patients who need help navigating the care system get the assistance they need – whether it is connecting them with resources like the pharmacy technicians or social workers, ensure that calendars and other resources are sent to nursing homes to improve continuity of care, and modify appointments in the best interests of our patients and our team. She is the definition of a team player and makes everyone feel valued/appreciated. We love Sharon and do not know what we would do without her!
