This young woman went above and beyond for Patient Care. A P/C Ratio was pending results for over an hour and the person who received the sample left for the night so she went through our urines of over 50 second shift samples to find that patients sample. That’s what caring for our patient, their loved ones, and each other is about. We need more of this kind of compassion for our jobs.
