While we on his staff have been primarily WFH, Kevin has been onsite for much of the past 16 months. He has met with users to pick up equipment, he has made arrangements for deliveries, he has gone to offices and computer labs to restart computers after power outages, he has helped staff, faculty and students troubleshoot computer and AV issues. Anything that we would handle as a team onsite he has taken care of himself, with gracious good humor. And that doesn’t even include his work as the Nicholas School’s facilities manager in Durham, or his work on various University committees. His consideration and work ethic have helped us stay on track, and it is appreciated.
