CreateHabitatPatches.py
Creates a set of uniquely identify habitat patches. Can apply a minimum size criteria and clean patch boundaries.
CreatePatchBasedRasters.py
Creates a set of rasters reflecting important attributes for prioritizing specific pixels for conservation. These include: distance from nearest habitat cell, distance to habitat edge (if a habitat cell), distance to nearest protected area, and subnetwork membership.
