Tool objective:
This tool converts a binary habitat map (habitat = 1, everything else =0) into a habitat patch map where each cluster of habitat becomes an individual unit and is assessed based on its size/geometry, its sensitivity and proximity to various threats, and its contribute to overall habitat connectivity.
