I am an applied microeconomic theorist at Duke Economics, where I have been a faculty member since receiving my Ph.D. from the University of Florida in 2000. My research covers diverse topics, including dynamic procurement auctions, charitable fundraising, committee design, and, more recently, career concerns in teamwork and tournaments. My work is published in leading journals such as the American Economic Review, Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Economic Theory, and the RAND Journal of Economics.
