Adding a receptacle outlet on the wall

I have subscribed Every day home repair youbute link. This guy is doing great job on the electricity and others.

I am helping a friend to install a bidet toilet, and I need to add a receptacle outlet for it. I found his video is very helpful. Will need to figure it out.
