ALMA is dedicated to supporting current and prospective Latinx students on their MBA journey. If you are a prospective MBA applicant who identifies as part of the Latinx community and has received an interview invite from Fuqua, ALMA is here to offer you support.
We offer year-round coffee chats opportunities, both virtually and in-person to provide you with opportunities to connect with current Fuqua students who can offer valuable insights and mentorship to enhance your application and future career prospects. Email alma.dukefuqua@gmail.com to connect.
Fuqua’s MBA Workshop is hosted each year by the student members of Black Business Student Association (BBSA) and the American Latinx Management association (ALMA). Since 1982, The Fuqua School of Business has hosted the MBA Workshop, designed to introduce talented MBA applicants to the Fuqua community and provide insight into the business school admissions process, post-MBA career planning, and graduate degree financing.
Over this three day experience, prospective students have the opportunity to interact with students from BBSA and ALMA, connect with alumni, learn about what Team Fuqua and what it has to offer, and explore Durham.
