Jinhu earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kangwon National University and completed his Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Jaewon Ko at the Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST) in South Korea, where he investigated the synaptic functions of various molecules. In 2024, he joined the Eroglu lab as a postdoctoral researcher, focusing on the molecular mechanisms regulating synaptic properties in tripartite synapses, with particular emphasis on circuit and cell-type specificity. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their cat, and he has a passion for cooking for his loved ones.
