This book is available at your local book dealer and various online bookshops. The new 2009 edition is exactly the same as the 2000 version, only different cover. Used copies can be bought online for as little as a few cents + shipping and handling. Try to get a used copy or a Kindle Edition – it’s more environmentally friendly .
