Planisphere

Planisphere
A planisphere is an instrument used to identify objects in the night sky and understand their relationship to one another.

Duke Planisphere is used to identify objects on Duke’s network and understand their relationship to organizations and individuals at Duke. By collecting and collating information from dozens of Duke systems, Planisphere attempts to provide a fuller picture of each device than any one system could provide alone.

Join

Anyone in a Duke Support Group can start using Planisphere immediately.

After logging in, Planisphere will show a summary of the devices you own and support. By examining and identifying devices in your network subnets, you help all of Duke understand where each device fits into the Duke networked environment.
