The first production-ready version of the Duke System Uptime Notice (or “Poke”) for Windows is now available via Duke OIT GitLab, Duke University BigFix, and Duke University ConfigMgr. The user-facing information can be found at https://duke.is/restarting and IT practitioner information (also linked at the bottom of the user page) can be found at Duke OIT GitLab.
