Undergraduate Finalists for University Scholars Program Invited to Campus

On Monday, March 12, 2018, undergraduate finalists for the University Scholars Program were chosen to interview with a group of faculty and current undergraduate, graduate, and professional school University Scholars.  The students hail from around the world, from as near as North Carolina to as far as Pakistan.  Their intellectual interests are equally wide-ranging and include aspiring filmmakers, environmental scientists, cultural anthropologists, linguists, policy makers, and writers.  Students from North America were invited to come to campus to visit March 28-31, 2018, while students in international destinations will meet with the USP director and current University Scholars via phone or online video.
