Duke Today featured a story on November 10th highlighting a new digital media project about the 2016 election campaign season, Campaign Stop 2016.  The site includes posts by experts, local and national issues, foreign affairs, and news about campus events related to the 2016 election season.  It also includes perspectives from almost 40 students at Duke, from across the university, including the University Scholars Program’s own Zach McDade and Alexandra Oprea.

Zach is a first year master’s student in the Sanford School of Public Policy.  Check out Zach’s posts on “The GOP’s Trump Problem” and “Can Behavioral Science Save Government?

Alexandra Oprea is a fourth year PhD student in the department of Political Science.  Check out Alex’s post on “Serious Candidates and the Comedy Circuit.”
