On January 26th and 27th, 2024, in partnership with the Duke Margolis Center for Health Policy, we are excited to host our fourth annual healthcare case competition, offering students from any background the opportunity to simulate business problem-solving in the healthcare space. Over the course of a weekend, the in-person Case Competition allows participants to learn and apply their health policy knowledge, network with leading health policy experts and fellow students, and present their novel solutions to thought leaders in the field.
Teams of five from:
- Duke University
- University of North Carolina Chapel Hill
- North Carolina State University
will compete to solve a real life health policy problem!
Each team will be matched with a mentor and have the opportunity to present. Students will create applicable solutions to real-world problems and teams’ solutions will be judged by distinguished individuals from multiple disciplines.
The competition has historically received support from Duke Consulting Club, the Duke-Margolis Center, the Global Health Institute, RTI International and other organizations. Event winners often go on to assist with planning future case competitions and have secured opportunities in policy, consulting, medicine and more.
