- Place a check-out note asking for a DOC pharmacist visit in x amount of time (e.g. 1-2 weeks) and what services you’d like to request.
Clinical Pharmacy Technician (Catherine)
- Benefits investigation
- This includes contacting the insurance company and/or test claims to identify medication costs.
- Manufacturer patient assistance programs
- Start with social work for medication access concerns, since they can screen for other umbrella programs or needs and help direct inquiries to the appropriate groups.
