The conference will take place in Gross Hall, room 107. It is a pleasant 20 minutes walk from AC Hotel Durham. You can take a campus shuttle, blue line, for part of the way (map)
If commuting by car, convenient guest parking can be found at the Bryan Center parking garage.
If you were promised reimbursement, here is necessary information:
· The Visitor reimbursement form provides details necessary to complete your reimbursement. Please fill out the form, scan it along with their receipts, and send them to math-accounting-spec@duke.edu.
· Missing receipts will not be reimbursed (please contact vendor for duplicate)
· Scan itemized and summary receipts: an itemized receipt provides details about what was purchased; the summary receipt provides the total purchase plus any tip.
· If you are not a US citizen, we need a copy of your passport and necessary visa documentation:
· B1, WB, H1-B, TN: No additional documentation needed
· B2, WT: Declaration form
· J-1: DS2019
· F1: I-20 and Employment Identification Card or a letter of good standing from your institution’s VISA service
