We’re working on the first production test of my Gemini/Veo 3(Flow) production workflow. The voice over is cloned VO generated in Eleven Labs. All of the animation was done by using Gemini to great a two part prompt. The first part of the prompt is establishing the style. I gave Gemini the instructions (within the same chat session) to reuse the same prompt direction for every new video. Then, I fed it the script and gave it the simple instruction of creating something that helps communicate the voice over – and then pasted in the voice over.
The bar is not set as high as it would be for a broad release, but for an internal training video, I think the style and quality are more than acceptable.
I used the “Rate Stretch Tool” in Adobe Premiere to make the animation match the length of the voice over. For the section that mentions “three key ways” – I stretched the clip the length of the VO, and then just cut the animation just before it changed to the “next” section of the 3 and then use the Rate Stretch tool to match each section to the voicemail.
I’m also rendering things as 720 even though my project is 1080. You can upres inside of Flow but that costs more credits and is pretty slow. This is pretty simple animation so it looks fine.
The animated title, was created using the Powerpoint title AI creation workflow I mentioned here.
Once I got the workflow figured out, it took me less than 1 hour to create all of those animations.
