Michael Faber recently discovered the new CENTR 360° Camera Kickstarter Campaign. This type of videography seems like it would great applications in both storytelling and research. I also ran across an interesting software solution for 360° camera solution at NAB – VideoStitch.
How would this change the video that you shoot? To me looking at it stretched in one frame seems disconcerting, however using this in an interactive app to allow the user to pan themselves might be a great application.
