QIBA_v14_Tofts

2015.07.21

What’s available?

A zip archive called Reduced_Cardiac_Output_v14_beta1.zip.  Inside this are four folders: QIBA_Dyn_20150713_GE, QIBA_Dyn_20150713_Siemens, QIBA_Dyn_fa30_Vary_Int_Off_20150713_GE, and QIBA_Dyn_fa30_Vary_Int_Off_20150713_Siemens.  These folders contain simulated GE and Siemens dynamic and T1 mapping data.

This QIBA version simulates images obtained when a patient has a lower cardiac output. These patients would be
expected to have lower and broader input functions.  There are two primary series. The first (“QIBA_Dyn_20150713”) has imaging parameters identical to version 5, except that the modeled cardiac output is 50% lower. The second series
(“QIBA_Dyn_fa30_Vary_Int_Off_20150713”) has imaging parameters identical to version 9, except that the modeled
cardiac output is 50% lower.

PDF files fully describing the dynamic images and T1 mapping images are available by clicking the links.

The simulated images are in a 50.3MB zip archive.  The uncompressed size of the archive is approximately 187MB.

The JSim model used to generate the QIBA_Dyn_20150713 dynamic images is available here.  The JSim model used to create the QIBA_Dyn_fa30_Vary_Int_Off_20150713 dynamic images is available here.  The JSim model used to create all T1 mapping images is available here.

The JSim software can be downloaded from the Physiome Project’s website.

QIBA_v13_Tofts

2015.07.21

What’s available?

A zip archive called B1_Correction_v13_beta1.zip.  Inside this are four folders: B1_Correction_+10Percent_20150721, B1_Correction_+20Percent_20150721, B1_Correction_-10Percent_20150721, and B1_Correction_-20Percent_20150609.  These folders contain simulated GE dynamic, T1 mapping, and segmented echo planar (EPI_SEG) images.  Images in DICOM and XML formats are provided.

This QIBA version simulates B1 inhomogeneity correction.  We simulate two double-angle correction schemes: (60-120 and 120-240) and (60-180 and 120-180). The output of these images is the B1 correction images. Four sets of T1 Mapping and dynamic images were made by adjusting the nominal flip angle by ±10% and ±20% to give the actual flip angle.

Only noise-free images are provided, with imaging parameters similar to those of version 5.

PDF files fully describing the dynamic images, T1 mapping images, and EPI_SEG images are available by clicking the links.

The simulated images are in an 8.8MB zip archive.

The JSim model used to generate the dynamic images is available here.  The JSim model used to create the T1 mapping images is available here.  The EPI_SEG images were created using the equation found in the PDF description document.

The JSim software can be downloaded from the Physiome Project’s website.
