Hi! My name is Virginia Pan and I am an intended ECE major with a Certificate in Marine Science Conservation and Leadership. I am from Northern Virginia (yes, my name is Virginia and I am from Virginia; how easy is that!) I am interested in the application of engineering to conservation issues. This summer I went to Thailand with Duke Engage and spent a summer term at the Duke Marine Lab, where I learned about marine mammals and drones! On campus, I I am involved with Duke's Smart Home, TASA (Taiwanese American Students Association), and am a tour guide. I also like to run, so give me a shout out if you ever pass me on the C1!
