Overview
My role involves statistical analysis of genomic data to investigate the genetic architecture of age-related diseases and traits (e.g. Alzheimer’s diseases, Hypertension, Stroke, etc.) Preparing papers and scientific reports for publishing in the journals or presenting in conferences. My research interests are developing innovative methods/software packages for the study of genetic architecture of complex diseases; Mixed models for genetic analysis of complex traits; Genomic risk prediction models for personalized and preventive medicine; High-throughput genetics data analysis: GWAS, NGS, Microarray and proteomics data and Multivariate analysis of biomedical data.
