Testimonials

We started with some role-plays by visiting the hospital, but since May 2020, we transformed our class setting into online and it has been very successful and we are moving on to Medical English 102 course with more volunteers in our team.

Reika Shimomura – DKU Class of 2023

“This club has brought me so much joy in a time of uncertainty. It has been a way to stay connected not only to the DKU community, but Kunshan as well. I have loved working with my team and forming relationships with the students who take our classes.”

Caroline Robbins – DKU Class of 2022

“The Medical English Project has been one of the best opportunities that I have taken advantage of at DKU because it has allowed me to connect and make a difference in both the DKU and Kunshan community. I think that it is one of the best representations of DKU’s statement of cross-cultural collaborations.”

Jordan Knight – DKU Class of 2024

“Working as the Director of Volunteers has not only allowed me to develop leadership skills, but also to see first-hand the positive impact that DKU students are having on their community through volunteering with MEP.”

Anna McKane – DKU Class of 2023
