Musical comedian Bo Burnham included references to Jeff Bezos in his 2021 Netflix special, titled Bo Burnham: Inside. The special has two songs that are inspired by him, called “Bezos I” and “Bezos II.” These parodic songs became very popular, especially the first one, which became part of a trend on social media app TikTok. As of December 2021, the TikTok audio for “Bezos I” has over 650,000 videos made using it. The most popular videos using this audio have around 30-50 million views, amassing millions of “likes” each.

This is not the only time Bezos has been made fun of in the media, though. There have been several skits on the television show Saturday Night Live that are digs at the businessman. The most recent one took place on October 3, 2021, called “Billionaire Star Trek,” which imagines an episode of Star Trek with Bezos as the ship’s commander. This is a clear reference to Bezos and his space adventures.
