  • Technology Policy Club (Sanford School of Public Policy)
    • The Duke Technology Policy Club’s mission is to bring together graduate and professional students from across Duke to explore their common interests in technology policy, with a focus on equity. The Duke Technology Policy Club will provide opportunities for graduate students across Duke to hear from guest speakers working in the tech space, engage in policy discourse with professors and students on current tech policy issues, and participate in career development events.
  • Duke Cyber (Duke-Wide)
    • Our mission is to provide informal interdisciplinary educational development to Duke students on technology topics; to cultivate a network of undergraduate and graduate students through speaker events, competitions, and social events; and to foster a greater understanding of the purpose, roles, and implications of 21st century technology. We are the proud home of Duke’s competitive Cyber Policy and Cybersecurity Teams.
  • Journal of Law & the Biosciences
    • Together with Duke Law School, the Duke Initiative for Science & Society has joined Harvard Law School, Stanford University, and Oxford University Press produce the open access journal: Journal of Law and the Biosciences (JLB).
    • In addition to providing a new venue for peer-review publication, the journal also includes opportunities for commentary by Duke students in one issue of the commentary section per volume. If you are interested in publishing on a dynamic topic in science and society, contact Science & Society.
  • Duke Law and Technology Society (Duke Law School)
    • The Duke Law & Technology Society seeks to create a forum where like-minded students interested in the intersection of law and technology can share their ideas and satisfy their intellectual curiosity through peer (to-peer) instruction. We hope to increase the Duke Law community’s understanding of and interest in legal technologies, which includes looking at both their most promising applications today and the implications these technologies have for the practice of law across all industries. We will schedule guest speakers and demonstrations of cutting-edge legal tech, create and organize instructional resources, and connect our members with Duke alumni through sponsored networking events.
  • Duke Law and Technology Review (Duke Law School)
    • The Duke Law & Technology Review (DLTR) is an online legal publication that focuses on the evolving intersection of law and technology. This area of study draws on a number of legal specialties: intellectual property, business law, free speech and privacy, telecommunications, and criminal law—each of which is undergoing doctrinal and practical changes as a result of new and emerging technologies.
  • Duke MBA Tech Club (Fuqua School of Business)
