Welcome to the official webpage of the 2026 SympoCEEum – the annual research symposium hosted by Duke’s Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) Department. SympoCEEum is a student-led initiative to highlight the diverse research conducted by students and staff across various tracks within our department. The event aims to provide a platform for researchers, especially current students, to network across disciplines and with other industry professionals and academic leaders, fostering connections and collaborations. Additionally, it offers the broader CEE community an opportunity to explore and engage with each other’s research, strengthening the department’s sense of community and shared knowledge.
