We are at almost max capacity for our venue. We thus ask people who are not presenting, but are interested in attending the conference to email snsnovellanguages2025@gmail.com to be added to the waitlist on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rates for presenters and non-presenters alike will follow the distribution below.
REGISTRATION RATES
- Full-Time Faculty – Before April 15: $290; April 15-May 2: $320
- Graduate Students and Postdocs with Full Conference Funding: $100 (After April 15: $125)
- Graduate Students and Postdocs with Partial Conference Funding: $50 (After April 15: $75)
- Independent Scholars: $50 (After April 15: $75)
- Scholars based in the Global South: $50 (After April 15: $75)
