Rethinking Diplomacy Program Student Fellow, Space Diplomacy Lab
Josh is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Economics in Duke’s Pratt School of Engineering (class of 2024). He is President and Lead Engineer of Duke AERO, the Duke University’s rocketry team. Through his work with the Space Diplomacy Lab, he is hoping to gain a deeper understanding of the economics and diplomatic challenges of the rapidly growing space industry. In addition to his passion for rocket design, space technology, and diplomacy, Josh is working on his private pilot’s license. Who knows? Maybe he will go to space himself someday!
