Rethinking Diplomacy Program Graduate Fellow

Brianna is a PhD candidate in the Marine Science and Conservation program in the Nicholas School of the Environment. Her research is focused on diplomacy and conservation biology related to international fisheries and the management of living marine resources on the high seas. She has worked for the U.S. Department of State, Office of Marine Conservation and the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration covering a range of multilateral and unilateral approaches to fisheries and marine mammal management. Brianna’s work with RDP focuses on Ocean Diplomacy.
