Cancer signaling, cancer gene expression, cancer therapeutics

Research Plan
Analyze the role of the transcription factor NF-kappaB, and other signaling pathways, in progression of brain cancer. Studies are focused on tumor signaling as well as driver effects of microglia and astroctyes. Utilize targeting mechanisms to block these oncogenic events.
