Wow Dawei, I had no idea you were doing such important work with Teach For America! I am most impressed by the IdentiCoach program you helped to develop. There are thousands of people across the country that will benefit from your hard work!
Sounds like a great experience Dawei! I really like the personalized aspect of the coaching program- the individual support seems like a great way to help these students both personally and professionally.
