On December 4, 2015, the Orthopaedic Central Administration Team gathered for their annual retreat. The purpose of the retreat centered on taking inventory of departmental accomplishments across the missions in 2015 while also focusing forward on key objectives and strategic pathways for 2016. Each of the functional heads presented on their areas of responsibility, and both individual and team building exercises were incorporated during the retreat.
