Mitigating the Madness EBP Workshop Series
This series of 3 workshops is free to all nursing staff and provides 7-8 hours CE per session (a $1500 value at other healthcare systems!). The workshop offers individual coaching and mentoring through an online/in-person hybrid program so that you can learn how to get your research or EBP off the ground.
• Approaches to Clinical Inquiry: focuses on formalizing clinical inquiry through PICOT and searching and appraising the literature.
• Approaches to Project Development and Implementation: focuses on the literature appraisal and project development and outcome measurement
• Approaches to Project Sustainment: focuses on sustainment, system integration, and disseminating project successes through abstract submission and presentation essentials.
