Welcome to the new Duke NMR HELP Center. The purpose of this website is to provide users with tutorials on how to run certain experiments on the LSRC or FFSC NMR instruments. These tutorials are designed as introductory material into using either Bruker Topspin, Bruker ICON NMR, and/or Varian VNMRJ series. The basic assumption here is that a user already knows how to load, tune, lock, shim, and run a basic PROTON experiment in either VNMRJ or Topspin!
