Besides combinatorial identities, related topics & projects, we will also dicuss on a 1-year long topic as reading seminar or regularly reports. This will begin Fall 2021, In general, it will involve combinatorics, number theory, probability, etc.

Due to the teaching schedule, this week’s seminar will be about 45 mins later than usual. We will discuss the hitting time decomposition for 2, 3, 4, and maybe 5 loops and try to derive combinatorial identities.

Since we have already proven the formulas for 3 and 4 loops. We shall try both the 5-loop formula and also the corresponding combinatorial identity from them.
