Mobile DukeCard Launch

Worked with Apple marketing team and DukeCard team to launch first university mobile credential in US. Worked with Apple to align Duke & Apple branding guidelines. Campaign included a week of set-up events on campus with Apple reps, a professional photoshoot organized between OIT and the Office of News & Communications, video tutorials, a professional video shoot with Apple vendors, and social media. The campaign resulted in the highest adoption rate of the mobile ID at any higher institution in the country. Will present launch case-study at Educause 2019.
