I am Associate Professor of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, joint with Department of Mathematics at Duke University. I am affiliated with Duke Cancer Institute, Duke Center of Human Immunology, and Duke Center of Statistical Genetics and Genomics. My research interest is to develop statistical and computational methods for complicated biomedical data, especially high-throughput sequencing data in cancer and/or immunology. My research sits at the intersection of Statistics, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, and Genetics and Genomics/Cancer/Immunology. I collaborate with both biomedical and quantitative investigators.
If you are a student or collaborator interested in my research, please feel free to email me to set up a meeting.
