We are interested in the mechanisms of epigenetics regulation in plant stress response. We are working on themes including heavy metal detoxification, trace element deficiency response, and heat protection. Our research is focused on identifying epigenetic regulators in stress regulation with phenotypic impacts, investigating their epigenetic modification patterns, and revealing their relationships with gene expression patterns.
