Jolynn Dellinger teaches Privacy Law and Policy as a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke Law School and as an Adjunct Professor at UNC School of Law. She is also Special Counsel for Privacy Policy and Litigation in the North Carolina Department of Justice. She was a co-founder and program manager of Data Privacy Day, an annual event designed to raise awareness and promote education and best practices in the privacy area in the US and the EU.  Data Privacy Day initiatives included, among others, collaboration with the American Library Association’s Choose Privacy Week project, a conference on reader privacy at UNC, and multi-age educational efforts regarding privacy and social media.
