We’ve just posted a new position on the Sloan Foundation website for a Program Associate for the DEI in STEM Higher Education program: https://sloan.org/about/careers#tab-program-associate-dei-in-stem-higher-education I’d be grateful if you could share this with your graduating PhD students, colleagues, and other community members. This will be a very important position to the DEI program, someone to serve as a thought partner (to me) as I evolve the DEI program strategy here. This is a full-time, two-year professional staff position, potentially renewable for a third year. It could be great for someone finishing their PhD this year and looking for a post-doctoral position alternative. It would also be terrific for an early career scholar interested in philanthropy. A nuanced understanding of the higher education research literature and of academic research overall is important, namely in the DEI STEM space. Applications from underrepresented persons of color are especially encouraged.
