Need a new photo for your Scholars@Duke profile and other professional purposes? Come to our next Scholars Photo Day!

Date: Tuesday, September 27th

Venue: Brodhead Center | Chaplin Family Room (2nd Floor)

9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Faculty, Ph.D. and graduate students, researchers, and other academic staff can walk up (first come/first serve) and sit for a professional headshot.

2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Faculty Only)

Faculty also have the option of reserving in advance a 5-minute photo sitting appointment for this afternoon time slot.

Faculty can schedule a sitting appointment in advance using the following steps:

Using your Duke email address, register here for a specific 5-minute time slot to sit for your photo.

September 27th should already be highlighted on the calendar

Select your desired time slot from the list of available time slots on the right

Scroll down the booking page under “Add Your Details” and enter your name and Duke email address

Click the blue “Book” button to complete your registration

Arrive at photo day at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Smile! And get your photo taken.

Important Notes for Faculty Scheduling Appointments:

There are 36 total photo time slots available. We strongly encourage those interested to register as soon as possible to secure a time slot.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email and your specific time slot will be added to your Duke Microsoft Outlook calendar.

Any event confirmations, reminders, and updates will be sent directly to your Duke email address.

Save your confirmation email !!! – Use your confirmation email to manage (reschedule or cancel) your appointment, if your schedule should change after registration.
